If an available Plan is paid for, a receipt is sent to the payer as required by the laws of the Russian Federation, the applicable tax regime and the selected payment method. No payment is charged for the use of free features.

Key provisions

• Taleown provides software for automatically creating personalized children’s books based on the user’s parameters.
• During beta testing, available features may be provided free of charge. Preview scope, page counts, limits, available Plans and prices are shown in the interface.
• An email address is required for every Book in the web form. Signing in and restoring access use verification by a one-time code; the library is available across devices.
• Books, associated photos and source materials may be retained in the library until deletion. Technical cleanup periods for unassociated uploads, and details about backups and external providers, are described in the Privacy Policy.
• A completed Book can be read in the available library or order interface. PDF and EPUB downloads are possible only where the relevant feature is available.
• If a paid Plan is offered, only the payment methods shown at checkout are available. Robokassa is used only if that method is available and selected.

Inquiries and support

To contact us, email taleown@kayukov.com. You may report an unavailable Book or an order or payment issue, request information about data processing, withdraw consent, propose collaboration or ask another question.

Include a subject, a description of the situation and the account email address. If the inquiry concerns a particular Book or order, include its identifier if known. Do not send a password, one-time sign-in code or full bank card details.

When sending photos or personal information, make sure you have the right to provide them for handling the inquiry, and review the Privacy Policy and photo processing consent. Processing the email contents and sender’s address is necessary to consider and answer the request; it does not subscribe you to promotional mailings.

Individual books can be deleted in the library. To delete the entire account and associated materials, send an email request; there is no separate account deletion button in the web settings. Confirmation of control over the account email address may be required to verify the request.
